Amidst the cozy ambiance of a downtown café, Max and Mehrad were deep in conversation about their shared passion for business and design. With a spark of inspiration, they decided to start a new adventure together, founding a company they named M2 Design. Business was booming, and they were ready to expand their team. Later that month they renamed it to Xebra Design LLC.
As 2020 dawned and the world grappled with the challenges of a global pandemic, Max faced the necessity of transitioning Xebra Design to remote work. Despite the initial adjustments, the team quickly discovered the freedom and flexibility that came with this new way of working. Specializing in graphic design and branding, Xebra Design continued to thrive.
As Xebra Design evolved and matured in its service offerings, the team embraced a shift towards product design. Remote work became a cherished aspect of their culture, fostering creativity and collaboration. By November, Max made the bold decision to relocate to Istanbul, Turkey, along with Matna.
The year 2022 brought its own set of challenges as Xebra faced setbacks in losing clients and bidding farewell to beloved colleagues. However, amidst the turbulence, new opportunities emerged. With the landing of a significant client in September, Xebra Design found its momentum once more. Max, along with Matna and Ella, started working on the development of Univery.io, a startup idea they had long nurtured.
By 2023, signs of growth were unmistakable. Xebra Design secured multiple clients and elevated its services to meet the exacting standards of large enterprises. Meanwhile, Max successfully launched Univery.io, a revolutionary learning path creation tool, marking yet another milestone in their journey.
