Overview.
Auto HQ, is a remote team of developers, mostly focused on creating infrastructures, back end development and Devops, maintaining multiple platforms including a the US based chained restaurant, Rumi's Kitchen Internal management app. The team is know for proactivity and reliability.

Strategy
Determine scope, steps, and goals.
We initiate every single project by strategizing the project, and aligning our moves with our clients' directions. To gain the deep understanding of our project, we hold multiple sessions with the stakeholders asking us to teach us anything needed about their business, product, and their service.
Research
To know better, is to ask better.
Right after intense interview sessions with the client, we jump into the path of researching the market, the customers, the competitors. This will give us a sense of the industry we're in, our client's positioning, and the standards we aim to surpass.
Ideate
Creativity is a process, not an incident.
We have several process and practices for brainstorming, idea generation, mood boarding and more to create a series of options for our customers to choose from. All perfect and all on brand.
Design phase
We march choreographically toward the goal!
We've been training for years, to a have reliable and proactive design process within our team, that both work fast and at the same time with the highest quality in mind.
Test & Develope
Rigorous testing and feedback loops.
We make it happen, with the help of series of feedback loops to make sure we're on the right path. We test it as much as needed.
